There are literally hundreds, maybe even thousands of questions about training, nutrition, health, and wellness. Some of the questions are actually very great well thought out questions, and others, well… not so much. But in keeping with the true spirit of “the only stupid question one that doesn’t get asked”, here are 10 questions that get asked all the time. The answers are included too.
1) What should I eat before I work out?
Butter, strait out of the package. Just go nuts and gnaw at that thing like a beaver right before you go for a run or lift weights. Hell, melt it and drink it while you exercise. But seriously, get in some carbs like a sweet potato or even some fruit if you can handle the fiber, and maybe a little protein if you think you’ll get hungry. Stay away from fat right before you work out.
