- 2 lbs, Chicken Tenders
- 1/2 lb. bacon (thick cut works best)
- 2 Jalapeno’s, sliced
- 12 oz. Cheddar Cheese
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Layer chicken, cheese, jalepeno’s then bacon on top in a baking pan/casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and chicken is done. Serve with any side dish, I served it with a simple spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette.
