Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Utensils needed:

Aluminum Foil
Baking Sheet

Package and a half of Bacon
8 Chicken Thighs or Breast…I use thighs for extra fat content
One Package of Cream Cheese…room temp(softened)
Fresh Organic Spinach coarsely chopped
Just a pinch of Salt
A pinch of Pepper
1/3 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 375. Cover baking sheet with foil. Mix the chopped spinach, salt, pepper, garlic powder and cream cheese together.

Take 3 pieces of bacon and lay them criss crossed inside the ladle. Then, take one chicken thigh and lay it inside the stuffed chicken in lydelladle also.
Spoon or use your fingers to grab a dollop of cream cheese mixture place the mixture in the chicken. Use your hand to wrap the chicken and bacon over the top of the CC mixture, then flip the ladle over and you have perfectly round balls of deliciousness(see picture to the left). Repeat until you…
