Duties and Responsibilities:
Home Health aides help disabled, chronically ill, or cognitively impaired people who cant leave their house. They usually have to bathe and dress the patients. They also provide light housekeeping which means cleaning the house on different occasions. Home health aides may be able to give a client medication and/or check the vital signs under the direction of a nurse or a healthcare practitioner.

Many states don’t require you to have any educational experience but it is recommended to have a high school diploma, take some sort of home healthcare class. Also you must get certified and pass the the test at the end of your training.
I don’t think it would be an ideal job for me. I don’t believe i have the patience to do the requirements they must complete on a daily basis. I think this is one of those jobs were you have to love what you do.
