Patient Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

Acts as the “middleman” between patients and the healthcare organizations. Directly tell the staff members the questions, complaints, problems and concerns. Then after getting the answers they explain the policies and procedures to patients and refers them to the proper services that will help them.




You must have a high school diploma or GED. Depending on the company, you may need a bachelor’s degree in communications.


I don’t find this job interesting, I wouldn’t want to deal with the possible attitudes that i may receive from the patients who are mad at the company. I dont have the necessary patience for this job.
